Apa itu PETRAX Tactical Board?
PETRAX adalah aplikasi papan taktik sepak bola berbasis desktop untuk pelatih, akademi, dan SSB — untuk merancang taktik, menganimasikan gerakan pemain, dan mengekspor video/PDF sesi latihan.
Apakah ada versi gratis?
Ya. Setiap pengguna baru mendapat masa trial 7 hari gratis dengan akses ke seluruh fitur Pro, tanpa perlu kartu kredit.
Apakah PETRAX bisa dipakai di Mac / HP / tablet?
Saat ini PETRAX tersedia untuk Windows (desktop). Versi platform lain akan diinformasikan jika tersedia.
Trial & Lisensi
Apa yang terjadi setelah trial 7 hari berakhir?
Aplikasi akan terkunci total. Untuk melanjutkan, Anda perlu mengaktifkan lisensi Pro dengan memasukkan kunci lisensi setelah berlangganan.
Berapa perangkat yang bisa pakai satu lisensi?
Satu kunci lisensi Pro dapat digunakan di maksimal 2 perangkat. Paket Tahunan menjadikan ini sebagai bonus "2 akun pelatih" dalam 1 lisensi.
Lisensi saya hilang / lupa, bagaimana cara melihatnya lagi?
Cek email pendaftaran Anda — kunci lisensi dikirim otomatis saat pembayaran berhasil. Jika tidak ditemukan, hubungi WhatsApp atau email kami.
Apakah lisensi otomatis perpanjang (auto-renewal)?
Tidak. PETRAX tidak menerapkan tagihan otomatis. Lisensi berhenti aktif sendiri setelah habis masa berlakunya.
Pembayaran
Metode pembayaran apa yang tersedia?
QRIS, transfer bank/Virtual Account, dan e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, dll) melalui payment gateway resmi Duitku.
Saya sudah bayar tapi belum dapat kunci lisensi, bagaimana?
Tunggu beberapa menit — email dikirim otomatis setelah pembayaran terverifikasi. Jika lebih dari 30 menit belum masuk (cek juga folder spam), hubungi WhatsApp atau email kami dengan bukti pembayaran.
Apakah bisa bayar manual (transfer langsung ke admin)?
Bisa, untuk kondisi tertentu. Hubungi WhatsApp kami untuk diarahkan proses pembayaran manual.
Apakah ada kebijakan refund?
Karena tersedia trial 7 hari gratis sebelum membeli, pembelian lisensi pada umumnya non-refundable, kecuali kondisi tertentu (kesalahan teknis atau duplikasi pembayaran). Detail di Syarat & Ketentuan.

Bagaimana cara mulai memakai PETRAX?

Apakah hasil kerja saya tersimpan otomatis?
Gunakan Ctrl+S atau tombol Save untuk menyimpan draft. Bisa juga export ke file .json sebagai cadangan.
Apakah ada fitur analisis lanjutan?
Ya, PETRAX memiliki Mode Analisis dan efek visual lanjutan yang akan dibahas pada webinar khusus.

General
What is PETRAX Tactical Board?
PETRAX is a desktop-based football tactical board application for coaches and academies — to design tactics, animate player movements, and export video/PDF training sessions.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with access to all Pro features, no credit card required.
Can PETRAX be used on Mac / mobile / tablet?
Currently PETRAX is available for Windows (desktop). Other platforms will be announced when available.
Trial & License
What happens after the 7-day trial ends?
The app locks completely. To continue, you need to activate a Pro license by entering your license key after subscribing.
How many devices can use one license?
One Pro license key can be used on up to 2 devices. The Annual Plan includes this as a "2 coach accounts" bonus.
I lost / forgot my license key — how do I retrieve it?
Check your registration email — the license key is sent automatically after successful payment. If not found, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your purchase details.
Does the license auto-renew?
No. PETRAX does not charge automatically. Your license simply expires at the end of the period, and you can renew manually anytime.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
QRIS, bank transfer/Virtual Account, and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, etc.) via our official payment gateway Duitku.
I paid but haven't received my license key — what should I do?
Wait a few minutes — email is sent automatically after payment is verified. If nothing arrives after 30 minutes (check spam too), contact us via WhatsApp or email with proof of payment.
Can I pay manually (direct transfer to admin)?
Yes, in certain situations. Contact us via WhatsApp to be guided through the manual payment process.
Is there a refund policy?
Since a 7-day free trial with full access is available before purchase, license purchases are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases (technical errors or duplicate payments). Full details at Terms & Conditions.

Is my work saved automatically?
Use Ctrl+S or the Save button to save drafts. You can also export to a .json file as a backup.
Are there advanced analysis features?
Yes, PETRAX has an Analysis Mode and advanced visual effects — covered in dedicated webinar sessions.
